First posters rarely win, but I had to chime in. We *heart* Laura's Lean Beef!
I'm a frugal shopper, and we tend towards poultry and fish, but when we "go beef", it's Laura's. When it comes to weighing the benefits of beef raised without antibiotics and growth hormones or the other stuff, I'll pay the extra price. And, after getting an education on processed chicken farms, we're about ready to put a coop in our backyard.
Come to think of it, with two growing boys, raising our own chickens for eggs and meat might not be a bad idea. Not enough room for a cow, so we'll just stick with Laura's!
